As we work with them in Luanshya, Zambia, farmer Jomo (middle) is proudly looking at the sign on the piece of his farmland which is now Assisted Natural Regeneration (ANR) protected. This means that he will help the forest regenerate by itself, with the help of WeForest.

Jomo participated in the WeForest training with extensionist James (left) and has installed beehives, together with mentor George (right) in this ANR protected area. Having put up this sign himself shows that he is very motivated to keep participating in this process and make the project successful.
