Brabantia launched their ‘one for one’ initiative with WeForest back in 2014 with the target of growing 2.5 million trees, which they successfully achieved last year.
For every rotary dryer they sold, Brabantia grew a tree and it led to some incredible results – their sales volume grew by 17% in the first three years and 35% of their customers told a friend about the campaign.
Back in 2009, Bill Liao and Marie-Noelle Keijzer founded WeForest, a non profit with a clear ambition: to stop global warming “in our lifetime, so our children don’t have to”. Since then, WeForest has evolved and is now growing over 82 million trees and regenerating over 53,000 hectares of land.
